Until integration is completed there are 3 different base indexes merged into this display:

• Volumes 1 to 12 - The original, published, index by Gerry Chandler
• Volumes 13 to 16 - Indexed by Colin Chivers and issued at the end of each volume
• Volumes 17 and 18 - Indexed by Roger Merry-Price but not yet published.
